Guide
How to watch
What you got
Three pieces of information, typed once per device.
- A username
- A string of letters and numbers. It’s not your email.
- A password
- The one for your TV access. It’s not the one for your account on this site.
- A portal address
- It starts with http. Depending on the app, it’s called “portal”, “server” or “URL”.
You’ll find all three in My account.
On the TV
You need a Fire Stick, an Android box, or a TV that lets you install apps.
-
Install a player app
In the device’s app store, look for an IPTV player app.
-
Open it and choose to add an account
Give the account any name you like.
-
Type in the three pieces of information
Uppercase and lowercase letters matter. Easiest: open your account on a phone and copy them over.
-
Wait for the channels to load
The first time, allow a minute or two.
No required app
Apps change names often. If yours asks for a username, a password and a portal, it works.
In the browser
Watch on this site, with nothing to install: handy while travelling, on a laptop, or to check your access.
This counts as your device
If the TV is on with the same credentials, it cuts out.
-
Open your account
Log in on this site and go to “My account.”
-
Choose “Watch in the browser”
Accept the warning, then the channel list appears.
-
Choose a channel
When you’re done, press “Stop”: the TV can take over right away.
When it doesn’t work
- The picture freezes or keeps spinning
- It’s almost always the internet connection. Move the device closer to the router or plug it in by cable. Otherwise, close the app and reopen it.
- It cuts out when someone else is watching
- That’s normal: a subscription allows one device at a time.
- The app says the credentials are wrong
- Check the uppercase letters, and that you typed the password for your TV access, not the one for your account on this site.
- Nothing loads at all
- Check the end date in your account: a subscription that has ended stops working without warning.
