What TVpaschère keeps about you, and for how long.

What we keep

Your account: Your email address, your name and your password. The password is stored in a form that cannot be read back: nobody can see it.; As long as the account exists.
Your orders and subscriptions: The plan, the amount, the payment method, the dates, your subscription’s login details, the payment reference and the notes of the person who handles the order. The subscription password is encrypted.; As long as the account exists.
Your sign-ins: When you signed in, and each channel, film or episode you opened in the web player. We use them to answer when access is disputed.; 180 days.
Refused sign-ins: The date and reason of each refused attempt on your account, never the password tried. They help spot someone trying to guess your password.; 1 year.
Your IP address and browser: The IP address and browser of each session, and the IP address that asked for each link we email you, to protect your account. The IP address is also used, in memory only, to slow down repeated attempts.; 30 days after the session or the link ends.
Server logs: The IP address and the page requested, for every visit.; The oldest are erased as new ones are written.

Server: At OVHcloud, in Beauharnois, Quebec.
Email: Brevo sends our emails. It receives your address and the content of each message, your login details included.
Channel and film supplier: The channels, films and episodes come from a supplier. The web player connects to it from our server, with your subscription’s login details.
Selling: Never. Your information is not sold or rented.

Payment card: None. You pay by Interac e-Transfer from your bank, or in Bitcoin.
Cookies: One, which keeps you signed in for 30 days.
In your browser: The web player notes where you stopped a film or an episode, so you can pick up where you left off. That note stays in your browser: we don’t keep it.
Tracking: None: the site loads nothing from any other site.
